Canine rehabilitation is evolving. We’re bringing together professionals working across animal rehabilitation and mobility care to better understand the challenges facing providers and explore new ways to strengthen awareness, access, collaboration and professional opportunity.
Professionals working in canine rehabilitation are helping dogs recover from injury and surgery, manage chronic conditions, maintain mobility and enjoy a better quality of life. Yet developing this emerging field and building a successful practice within it can present very practical challenges.
How can clinicians have a stronger voice in shaping products, technologies and services for canine mobility?
We think these questions are worth exploring together.
Our Approach
Before proposing solutions, we're asking better questions.
Rather than beginning with a predetermined platform, product or service, we’re beginning with the people already doing the work.
“The professionals closest to the challenges should have a voice in shaping what comes next.”

2026 Provider Research Initiative
What does the profession need next?
We’re inviting professionals working in canine rehabilitation and mobility care to participate in an initial provider study. We want to understand what’s working, what’s difficult, what’s changing — and where greater collaboration could create meaningful value.
Share what you're seeing. Tell us what's missing. Help shape what comes next.
Participants will receive access to a summary of findings and invitations to future discussions arising from the research.

From Insight to Action
What could we accomplish together?
The research is a starting point not the destination. As we learn from providers, we see opportunities to explore practical initiatives that strengthen both the profession and access to canine mobility care.
Create stronger connections between clinicians and the emerging products, adaptive aids, research and technologies shaping the future of canine mobility.
And there may be important opportunities we haven't identified yet. That's precisely why we're starting with providers.
A Broader Ecosystem
Better mobility care is inherently collaborative.
We want to hear from professionals and organizations contributing to canine rehabilitation, recovery, performance and mobility.
If you work in canine rehabilitation or mobility care, we’d like to learn from your experience. Better solutions begin by listening to the people closest to the problem.
Help us understand what the profession needs next.
This study explores the realities of working in canine rehabilitation and mobility care today how practices grow, where providers encounter friction, and which opportunities could create meaningful professional and clinical value.
